• On Tuesday, March 25th, Texas Courts and American sovereignty were upheld by the Supreme Court. The intrusion of Mexico, the International Court and Presidential power into the TX judicial system was quashed by a 6-3 ruling.
• The case centers on a Mexican national who murdered two Houston teenagers and if it had been upheld, would have allowed foreign law to over-rule domestic courts. Citizens for Immigration Reform applaud this victory for Constitutional principles.
